A negative outcome.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The law of attraction&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This states that whatever we think about, believe, and focus our energy on is what we create for our lives&amp;#8212;and it is important in our daily practice of life to know how to use this law.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We get to be a leader when we add the power of our own dynamic presence, when we see the highest possible anticipated outcome and use ourselves in the moment to create that outcome. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is when we transform a passive wish into a clear intention.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is really a question of consciousness and choice. 			<title>Yes, But Does a Leader Lead?</title>

When we get into the social nuances of empowered systems, we see that this type of leadership is generous and allows others to share in the direction and to expand on their own passions as well. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This allows for the synergy of groups and allows the natural phenomenon of collective consciousness to do the creative designs on its own.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Calling a person a leader does not make him or her one. People who are in emotionally safe, trusting, and supportive environments take more risks. They feel freer to be creative and spontaneous. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Great Minds&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Dali Lama states it this way: &amp;#8220;Choose optimism. It feels better.&amp;#8221;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You can read books about leadership which appeals to your brain. But what can be more effective is when we learn through our heart. Then you are using an emotional model.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you can access the body and emotional memory you have of the impact of emotions on your productivity and levels of inspiration, you will begin to live from this model.
