Intended Audience People interested in developing a professional level of competence in Executive Coaching. These can be internal to corporations, external coaches or consultants looking to enhance their effectiveness or shift their career direction. [b]Prerequisites[/b]
- Some corporate experience with management roles
- or -
- Prior experience as a coach or consultant
- or -
- Therapeutic background with aspirations to work corporately
- and -
- Education or capability to comprehend college level materials and models
- Command of English language
- Desire to empower and support other's growth processes
- Willingness to be the learner
Admission Policy
- Meets pre-requisites for course
- Meets pre-requesites for module.
- Passes pre-screen on interests and goal alignment. (make sure we have a fit)
Payment and Cancellation Policy Full payment for each module is required upon registration and must be received prior to the day the module begins. All payments will be in US dollars to begin. Cancellations are handled on this scale -
- 90 days prior to start of module………………….75% of purchase price refunded
- 60 days prior to start of module………………….50% of purchase price refunded
- 30 days prior to start of module………………….No refunds will be provided
Withdrawals and Refunds A participant will be asked to committ to the full length of each module prior to the module start date. A participant may choose to stop after any module. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. IF EGL asks participants to leave, no refunds will be provided. Participant Code of Conduct Participants will agree to Honor start/stop/return times Commit to be fully open to experiment Be the learner at all times, regardless of past training or education. Specifically, Don't teach others - share your learning through how you behave and interact. Teach by example ony. Be 100% responsible for the energy they bring to the session Abide by the EGL guidelines for supporting others, creating positive and safe environments. Non-conformance will dealt with first by conversation, second by being asked to leave the sessions.
