This course is the introduction to the EGL Executive Coaching Model.  It focuses on establishing the framework of the overall coaching relationship, as well as beginning the participant's relationship with EGL.

While we cover the International Coach Federation Competencies for coaching, we also begin a learning and development plan for each participant.  Through this interactive process we provide direct observation and skills assessments of participants and begin structuring relationships with executives.
