Jane Cavanaugh is an accomplished leadership coach, trainer and consultant with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, teams and leaders in a wide variety of collaborative settings. Her core strengths are in leadership development, performance improvement, team effectiveness and collaborative decision-making.
Jane's diverse work experience spans multiple industries and settings, many of them global and multi-cultural, including high tech, biotech, finance, transportation, communication, energy, small business and non-profit. She has been both internal and external consultant, held managerial positions, lead change initiatives and coached hundreds of leaders at various organizational levels. She is an engaging facilitative trainer, certified as a master trainer in several Interaction Associates courses on facilitative leadership, coaching, meeting management, decision-making, and team effectiveness courses. In her private coaching practice, she focuses primarily on leaders and small business owners who want to take their business or personal performance to the next level of success.
Jane has a B.A. in Psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz and did graduate work in psychology at JFK University. She is a certified NLP Coach and certified NLP Master Practitioner through the NLP & Coaching Institute of California.
