What are EGL's Leadership Assessments?

The LMRe (Leadership MultiRater Enterprise) is an empirically designed and performance validated MultiRater instrument delivered online through EGL’s member portal. The LMRe report compares a leader’s current portfolio of leadership engagement styles against the desired profile designed to maximize organization performance.

For individual leaders, EGL also offers the LMRi. Our team also provides more than just assessments: Through interviews and observations, we’re also able to give you the full picture you need to improve your leadership skills.

Leaders need to do some personal reflection and use an assessment to create new awareness.  EGL's Self Assessments match the constructs of the LMR. They have more in-depth questions in order to offset the lack of external feedback.

What Do You Get From an Assessment?

EGL primarily uses a proprietary assessment process, called the EGL LMR, which has both Enterprise (LMRe) and individual (LMRi) versions. It is an empirically designed and performance validated instrument, delivered on-line through EGL’s client portal.
When used to the fullest potential, this can serve to support both progression planning for the organization, in providing an overview of the bench strength of the future leaders, as well as pin-pointed development plans to be used by individuals.

As an individual, you will get feedback in a consolidated report that builds your profile of essential leadership competencies.  You will learn strengths, weaknesses, and areas of development that will help you develop the proper portfolio of skills.

As an organization, you can also create a profile of a set of leaders, creating an overall growth map for your organization.
