EGL primarily uses a proprietary assessment process, called the EGL LMR, which has both Enterprise (LMRe) and individual (LMRi) versions. It is an empirically designed and performance validated instrument, delivered on-line through EGL’s client portal.
When used to the fullest potential, this can serve to support both progression planning for the organization, in providing an overview of the bench strength of the future leaders, as well as pin-pointed development plans to be used by individuals.
