These development approaches are organized into programs designed to support specific phases of development for leaders.  We combine education, strategic change consulting, and executive coaching into customized packages for each client, matched to both the leader’s role and their individual profile determined by the LMRe.

Case Study Program

Identified future leaders often need a longer term approach to developing skills for senior level jobs in an integrated and deliberate fashion. The process is built on a structure of a selected case study, supported by an EGL Coach, a client mentor, and a number of participants who are going through the cycle on the same timing. While the process is structured and delivered as a group, for ease of organization, all coaching is done individually.
