Jeff Evans, Ph.D, MCC
Jeff is the CEO of Envision Global Leadership. He also practices in the areas of leadership development, human systems change, and organizational capability, serving clients in a powerful capacity as learning partner and coach. He has spent the past 25 years heavily involved in supporting executives through transformational change, organizational development, and the management of organizational development and education systems. His wide experience includes work as both an internal and external consultant. He has consulted and coached in new organization designs and startups, large group change methodologies, and joint ventures and alliances in international and global settings. His client base has ranged from international executive teams to manufacturing management teams in retail, manufacturing, information technology, telecommunications, research and development, as well as oil and gas exploration. Additionally, Jeff spends time developing training programs and standards for the Executive Coaching profession. He is the designer and lead instructor in EGL's Executive Coach Training, as well as serving as an exam assessor for the International Coach Federation, and serves as a mentor coach for other professionals.
He is the author of the #1 best-seller 'Inspirational Presence: The Art of Transformational Leadership' and co-author of 'Ten Tasks Of Change: Demystifying Changing Organization' as well as numerous papers and research studies. Jeff has been a key presenter at conferences in the areas of organization development, large scale change, and internal consulting support. He has authored numerous papers and research studies on learning organizations, leadership, training design, and training systems.
Brenda Adams Sterling, CPA
Brenda combines over 40 years of financial experience with proven organizational and managerial skills. Her clients have ranged from start-ups to international Fortune 500 companies. Areas of specialization include financial, systems, mergers and acquisitions, leadership and corporate culture change, workforce motivation strategies, cross-cultural communication, operations, and training.
Her consulting practice specialized in providing consulting CFO services for a variety of clients including entrepreneurial ventures, not-for-profit organizations and colleges, financial services companies and retailers. She also provides internal audit support for SOX compliance with public companies. Ms. Brenda’s corporate positions have included Vice-President of Operations and Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Senior Auditor. She has audit experience with a Big Five accounting firm and conducted operational audits internationally.
Brenda has a BS in Accounting from the University of New Orleans, is a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive continuing education in the fields of management, finance, and interpersonal skills.
Justina Vail Evans, MCC CHt
VP of Coach Training Services
Justina oversees the training and continuing development of EGL's consultants and coaches through internal webinars, coach supervision conferences and assessment certification trainings. She also heads EGL's ICF Accredited Coach Training Programs (Envision Coach Training), provided to the public and internally to organizations. She works closely with the International Coach Federation (ICF) to maintain the high curriculum and testing standards that have given Envision Coach Training its reputation as a world-class training and certification organization.
Justina is also an ICF Master Certified Coach, is certified as an executive coach, hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, and Grief Recovery Specialist, and is an award-winning author. Her clients include executives, small business owners, and arts and entertainment professionals, many at major corporations including Chevron, Warner Brothers Entertainment, Paramount Pictures, and Twentieth Century Fox, as well as non-profit organizations including the Houston Ballet and Habitat for Humanity.
Chris Lyon, MS
Director of Business Development
Chris is the business development director of Envision Global Leadership. For the last two decades, Chris has worked building leadership development organizations. His professional consulting focus includes human performance, leadership assessment and training, educational program design, organizational development, and change management. His resume includes working as a marketing and business development director for Texas A&M University and the Texas A&M University System. Chris is also is an accomplished entrepreneur. He has envisioned, created and built multiple successful businesses. He holds an MS in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University.
Chris is a veteran, serving in the US Army for more than a decade. During this time, he was able to identify his passion for leadership and how it impacts organizations. Currently, his role is to identify and capture opportunities that allow EGL to do the work of transforming businesses into high performing organizations.
Manager of Engagement
Carly Black is Envision Global Leadership’s Engagement Manager. She has a client-focus and is a main point of contact for any individual or organization partnering with EGL on leadership assessment, coaching, and development. Once services are underway, she ensures all milestones are met and tracks progress from beginning to end. Carly also provides communication throughout the process to provide clear direction, support and follow-up.
