Jeff Evans, Ph.D, MCC
Jeff is the CEO of Envision Global Leadership. He also practices in the areas of leadership development, human systems change, and organizational capability, serving clients in a powerful capacity as learning partner and coach. He has spent the past 25 years heavily involved in supporting executives through transformational change, organizational development, and the management of organizational development and education systems. His wide experience includes work as both an internal and external consultant. He has consulted and coached in new organization designs and startups, large group change methodologies, and joint ventures and alliances in international and global settings. His client base has ranged from international executive teams to manufacturing management teams in retail, manufacturing, information technology, telecommunications, research and development, as well as oil and gas exploration.
Additionally, Jeff spends time developing training programs and standards for the Executive Coaching profession. He is the designer and lead instructor in EGL's Executive Coach Training, as well as serving as an exam assessor for the International Coach Federation, and serves as a mentor coach for other professionals.
He is the author of the #1 best-seller 'Inspirational Presence: The Art of Transformational Leadership' and co-author of 'Ten Tasks Of Change: Demystifying Changing Organization' as well as numerous papers and research studies. Jeff has been a key presenter at conferences in the areas of organization development, large scale change, and internal consulting support. He has authored numerous papers and research studies on learning organizations, leadership, training design, and training systems.
Marshall Clegg, MBA
Marsh Clegg has spent his professional life in a variety of leadership and project management capacities. He has led and consulted to technology and ERP implementation as well as business transformations during large scale restructuring efforts. He has recently consulted to a large ERP in the area of change and communications. He served in various management and leadership capacities with Chevron in both U.S. and international capacities. He has led multi-national project teams and project teams focused on global supply chain and procurement.
Marsh was previously the director of the US Navy Nuclear Power School and a Chief Engineer on US Navy Nuclear Submarines. He has a B.S. in Math and Naval Engineering from Annapolis and an MBA in International Business and Finance from Haas School at Berkeley.
Brenda Adams Sterling, CPA
Brenda combines over 40 years of financial experience with proven organizational and managerial skills. Her clients have ranged from start-ups to international Fortune 500 companies. Areas of specialization include financial, systems, mergers and acquisitions, leadership and corporate culture change, workforce motivation strategies, cross-cultural communication, operations, and training.
Her consulting practice specialized in providing consulting CFO services for a variety of clients including entrepreneurial ventures, not-for-profit organizations and colleges, financial services companies and retailers. She also provides internal audit support for SOX compliance with public companies. Ms. Brenda’s corporate positions have included Vice-President of Operations and Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Senior Auditor. She has audit experience with a Big Five accounting firm and conducted operational audits internationally.
Brenda has a BS in Accounting from the University of New Orleans, is a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive continuing education in the fields of management, finance, and interpersonal skills.

Justina Vail,PCC CHt is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Certified Executive Coach, Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Grief Recovery Specialist, speaker, award-winning author and award-winning actress. Her clients include executives, small business owners and entertainment professionals, some of them at major corporations including Chevron, Warner Brothers Entertainment, Paramount Pictures, and Twentieth Century Fox. Additionally, Justina supports other coaching professionals through teaching and mentoring. She is program director at Envision Coach Training, an affiliate of EGL, and is a registered Mentor Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Lori Quitiquit-Hoffman, M.H.R.O.D.,ACC is an ICF certified leadership coach. With over thirty years of experience, she is known for her work in change management, coaching, training and development, high performance teamwork, leadership development, organization design, Human Resource process and systems implementation.
Lori brings significant experience with food manufacturing, consumer products, manufacturing, health care, oil & chemical, and paper products companies, as well as government sector organizations experiencing transition. Lori has designed and implemented complete training and development programs at Clorox and Foster Farms, established leadership development programs, facilitated senior leadership teams and non-profit boards, and conducted comprehensive cultural change and organizational improvement efforts for many companies. Lori has coached executives and leaders in both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
After completing her BS in Business at UC Berkeley, Lori began her career in HR and Organization Development. She added a Masters in HR and OD from USF seven years later.
