Leadership Assessments is a broad term used to describe a set components, which, when used together, provide some insight into an individual or a group of people.  The term usually groups together an instrument, a set of evaluation criteria (or constructs) an evaluation of the data, and a feedback mechanism.  This is often an online survey followed with a written feedback report.  They can be used in a number of ways.   Here are some of them.

• Predictive
