What Will You Do Tomorrow?
Every leader knows what he or she did today, last week and last year. But what will you do tomorrow, next week and next year? Success comes from what you did last, not where you are going next. However, predicting future success from the use of technical abilities is like driving by looking in the rearview mirror. It doesn’t tell what will create success where you are going. Wouldn’t it be great if you could develop leadership skills which would clearly establish your future actions and even the results of those actions?

There is a path to developing those skills and it’s laid out in a new book Inspirational Presence by Dr Jeff Evans from the Envision Global Leadership. Growing into leadership requires courage, as the new challenges of expanded influence require new and often untested approaches for the leader. The skills and approaches that will guide leaders through a journey of expanded influence are known and learnable. A hands-on approach within your company with sessions led by the dynamic trainers from the Envision Global Leadership will enthuse and equip you and your staff with new and lasting benefits.
