Outcomes That Last

Client-driven engagements that build lasting leadership capability.

Enterprise Coaching Programs

For organizations developing leaders at scale, EGL delivers coaching as a coordinated system, not a set of disconnected engagements. A senior enterprise coach keeps the full coaching cohort aligned to your organization’s goals while each engagement retains the flexibility to be effective — all held to one ICF standard, with centralized matching, quality oversight, and aggregate reporting across the enterprise. Cohorts can be designed to reinforce your existing leadership programs, and your internal coaches developed alongside our external bench under the same standard. The result is consistency, quality you can verify, and leadership development that moves organizational performance.

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is intended for senior executives, executive-equivalent leaders, and executive candidates in advanced leadership development programs. It is delivered by highly experienced coaches operating at advanced credentialed levels, consistent with International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards. This category may include executive onboarding coaching, continuing executive coaching, executive readiness coaching, and executive assessment-supported coaching where appropriate. Where appropriate to the executive-level population, it may also include validated executive assessments integrated with coaching engagements to support insight, awareness, and development.

What Executive Coaching Includes

Leadership & Professional Development Coaching

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Leadership Development Coaching supports mid- to senior-level managers participating in leadership development below the executive level, focusing on leadership growth, readiness, and capability rather than formal executive assessment. Engagements address leadership readiness, strategic thinking and communication, stakeholder management and influence, executive presence, and developmental support for participants in formal leadership programs. Engagements are scaled to program size and need.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Professional Development Coaching is intended for aspiring supervisors, new supervisors, and emerging leaders, focusing on foundational leadership capabilities through structured coaching engagements. It addresses the transition to first-line supervision or management, communication and accountability, role clarity and confidence, career growth and professional effectiveness, and the development of foundational supervisory and management behaviors. This category generally does not require executive assessments.

OPTIONAL PERFORMANCE

Optional Performance Coaching is available where an organization has a valid need for that support, and is clearly distinguished from the other coaching categories. Optional bundles may also be ordered for internal use or made available across a broader enterprise, based on employee level, coaching type, hours, or coaching-plus-support features, and can be scaled to support significant aggregate demand.

Credentialing, Quality Control, and Coach Development

We use the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as the unified credentialing standard. Every coach we propose holds an active ICF credential, verified directly with ICF prior to assignment and re-verified annually. The credential floor above sets the minimum by tier.

An internal quality bar above the ICF floor. Every coach in our pool, including those holding only the ACC credential, passes an internal performance review at ICF’s PCC competency level before being assigned to a participant. This review is conducted by our mentor coaches and coach supervisors, all ICF-listed, and produces a documented competency assessment retained on file.

Current pool composition. Our active pool includes 10 MCC-credentialed coaches (including Dr. Evans), 30+ PCC, and 28+ ACC coaches. Our ICF network reach allows additional PCC-credentialed coaches to be brought into the active pool within weeks where surge demand requires it.

Quality oversight. All coaches are observed annually by a mentor coach against the current ICF Core Competencies and ICF Code of Ethics. Participant feedback is collected at engagement midpoint and close, and coach replacement is available without participant penalty when match concerns arise. Coaches pursuing advanced credentials (ACC to PCC, PCC to MCC) receive mentor coaching support and advanced training from us — a development pipeline that compounds quality over time rather than treating the coach pool as a static roster.
